Who Coaching Is For

Coaching may be helpful if:

  • Meals still feel tense or unpredictable

  • You’re unsure whether something is “normal” or concerning

  • You feel stuck applying course concepts

  • You want help identifying patterns

  • You want clarity on whether therapy is needed

Some families need reassurance.
Some need refinement.
Some need next-step direction.

Coaching meets you where you are.

What We Do During a Session

These are focused, structured 30-minute Zoom sessions.

Together, we may:

✔ Review mealtime patterns
✔ Clarify what is developmentally typical
✔ Identify stress points in routines
✔ Adjust structure to better support appetite
✔ Discuss red flags and referral decisions
✔ Prioritize next steps

This is not about forcing change.

It’s about reducing confusion.

What Coaching Is NOT

Coaching sessions are educational and reflective in nature.

They do not include:

  • Feeding therapy

  • Occupational therapy services

  • Clinical evaluation

  • Diagnosis

  • Treatment planning

  • Direct intervention with your child

Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship.

If individualized therapy is needed, we will discuss appropriate referrals.

How It Works

  1. Purchase your coaching package.

  2. Schedule your sessions at times that work for you.

  3. Complete a brief intake form before your first session.

  4. Meet via Zoom for focused discussion and guidance.

Sessions are scheduled within the timeframe provided at purchase.

A Note on Expectations

Feeding progress:

  • Is not linear

  • Often begins with reduced stress before food changes

  • Takes time

Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.

It provides structured understanding and informed direction.

If You’re Unsure

Some families find the course alone is enough.
Others benefit from additional support.

Both paths are valid.
